Our Journey
Our story began with a humble vision in December 2011, founded by Mr. R. Anandakumar as a sole proprietorship. What started as a small-scale initiative has grown into a private limited company in 2019, backed by a board of directors known for their integrity and dedication: Mrs. Rekha Anand Kumar, Mrs. Santhiya Rajesh, and Mr. B. Manimaran Balasubramanian. Today, Iyanthram stands strong with over a decade of experience and an impeccable track record in the cutting tools industry.
What We Do
At Iyanthram, we design and manufacture high-quality cutting tools tailored to meet the needs of industries such as automobile, aerospace, and power sectors. Our tools are extensively used in VMC/HMC Machines, CNC Turning Centres, and Special Purpose Machines for machining materials like Aluminium, Cast Iron, SG Iron, Alloy Steel, Hardened Steel (up to 65 HRC), Stainless Steel, and exotic materials including heat-resistant steels.
In addition to manufacturing, we provide regrinding services for both traditional and specialized carbide tools, helping our clients reduce costs and extend tool life. Our application, marketing, and design teams work closely with customers to develop complete tooling solutions, optimize cycle times, and achieve cost-per-component savings.
